Please remember, we are a vanlife event, not a campsite.
Please be aware before booking...
- that you cannot reserve plots, camps & areas in advance...

- that you cannot reserve camps for friends with later arrivals...

- that there is no electricity for the vehicles on site...

- that our event is sometimes louder in the evenings than on a campsite *

To participate in Vanlife Ferropolis you need a ticket for the car parking space and a passenger ticket per person (children under 2 years can participate free of charge), for children up to and including 14 years you need a kids ticket.

During the booking process, please select the appropriate size for your vehicle category and also whether you would like to arrive early on Thursday. (Early arrival on Thursday only needs to be booked once for the parking space, not per person).
In the next step you book the passenger tickets.

- The advance booking fees are already included in the ticket prices.)
- The erection of tents, awnings, pavilions and similar structures is unfortunately not permitted)

- Vehicle awnings may of course be used.
- All personal tickets are personalized for contact tracing purposes.

IMPORTANT - Please bring your booking confirmation with you. On site you will receive a Carpass for the respective camping category and a matching wristband. Please wear the wristband at all times - if it tears or falls off, please take the loose wristband to the ticket counter and exchange it.

 

DAY TICKETS

Day tickets can be purchased in advance or directly on site at the box office. Day tickets can be used to visit the trade fair on Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (children under 7 years of age have free entry). Day visitors must then leave the island by 9:30 p.m. at the latest. The site will be completely closed from 10:00 p.m.

 

𝗗𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻:

- the lectures and workshops in the orangerie hall as well as the SUP rental are reserved exclusively for holders of weekend tickets

- overnight stays for day guests in the day parking spaces are not possible
